Repair, replacement and storm documentation
The right next step depends on visible roof conditions and the extent of the problem. D&S can inspect, photograph visible conditions, provide contractor findings, prepare estimates and explain repair or replacement options.
If you have filed an insurance claim, let us know when requesting the inspection. Contractor documentation is not a promise of insurance approval or coverage. Your insurer determines coverage under your policy.
What to share when you contact us
